DECORRA — Terms of Service

1. General

By placing an order on Decorra, you agree to these terms and conditions. Decorra reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

  • All Decorra products are made of premium stainless steel
  • Product images are for representation purposes — slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings
  • All calligraphy and designs are authentic and carefully crafted

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Discounts and offers are valid for limited time only

4. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or email after placement
  • Decorra reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspicious activity
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

5. Delivery

  • Delivery time is 3-5 working days across Pakistan
  • Delivery charges may apply depending on location
  • Decorra is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies

6. Payment

  • Currently accepted payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery by the courier

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Decorra branding, logos, images, and content are property of Decorra
  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Decorra is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
