Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product does not match the description

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • Product has been used
  • Packaging is damaged by customer
  • Change of mind after delivery

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after return is received
  • Refund method: Same as original payment (COD orders get bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash refund)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
