1. Delivery Locations
We deliver all across Pakistan:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
- All other cities and towns nationwide

3. Shipping Charges

4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day
- You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
5. Courier Partners
Decorra ships through trusted courier services:
- Leopards Courier
- TCS
- M&P (Trax)
6. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared on your WhatsApp number after dispatch
- You can track your order directly on the courier's website using your tracking number
7. Failed Deliveries
- If delivery fails due to wrong address or customer unavailability, courier will attempt delivery 2 more times
- After 3 failed attempts, order will be returned to Decorra
- Re-delivery charges will apply for reshipping
8. Damaged in Transit
- If product arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 24 hours with photos
- We will arrange a free replacement immediately
